Amidst these shifts, stakeholders in healthcare organizations play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions, particularly concerning risk management and financial stability. This article focuses on the context of Polish public hospitals, where stakeholder participation in decision-making processes can influence the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and financial performance. Stakeholder theory posits that organizations should consider the interests of various stakeholders, including patients, employees, government entities, and communities, in their decision-making processes. In healthcare management, stakeholders exert influence on organizational policies, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Studies have shown that hospitals with active stakeholder engagement tend to achieve better outcomes in terms of patient satisfaction, employee retention, and financial performance. However, the extent to which stakeholders participate in decision-making varies across healthcare systems and organizational structures [1].
