Background: In the year 2011, a sparkle of civil war started in capital of Yemen then spread in crazy manner all around the country which leads to collapse in health system around the country away from the capital, keeping the health system very valuable as important as keeping their life, keeping the standard precaution on infection control is one of the most challenge at conflict area. Rebuilding a system of control infection in Al-Nasser General Hospital (ADDHALE CITY) and Al-Salam Hospital (Qatabbah) was one of our milestone in our mission, we conducted a simple screening keep daily meeting with all specialties to figure the challenge in control infection figuring were we stand and what is the best way in deal with it. A simple survey was done with all health worker between 15/10/2016-12/11/2016 for their understanding of infection control and Hospital Acquired Infection. The objective of this study was preventing infection with the least resources in time of conflict at two city hospital in Yemen. Conclusions: Infection control and hospital acquired infection can be prevented by the least resource that we have at time of peace or time of war.
