Abstract :

The Executive Success Through Agility Guide is for leaders who want more success and better long-term organizational performance. As a means to success, executives want to understand their role and influence in building lasting organizational agile change through practice, climate, and culture. Organizational agility is adaptiveness to market and societal conditions. The guide is for organizations with a structure that includes executive management or board members. Managers, where they exist, should cultivate the environment for agility. Leadership isn’t a position in truly agile organizations—it is at all levels of the organization. Executives should use this guide to consider their organizations’ specific contexts and with a spirit of experimentation.
