Abstract :

occlusion caused by rapid airflow to improve the abnormal breathing pattern of patients. We are Energy Beings. Energy is the basis of Healthy Life. Energy flowing in 72,000 Nadis are known as Qi (Bio-Energy) There are two types of Qi - Yin Qi & Yang Qi. We can access vast amount of Cosmic Qi by diving in Delta State of brain consciousness (0-4 Hz). It’s also possible to mobilise lung qi, which is basically yin qi by manual stimulation of energy points like Lu5, Lu6 Massaging Lu5, Lu6, Ht5 Acupressure Point balances qi first in lung Meridian then, in whole body. In the practical session, we will learn 1) How to access cosmic qi 2) How to mobilise Lung Qi Conclusion: In this meta-analysis of RCTs between ten included studies, we found that Qigong can improve COPD patients in lung function, exercise capacity and quality of life who were in the stable stage.
