The objective of the study was to report a relationship between measurements of forehead and days in term of pregnancy diagnosis in second trimester. In experiment 1 dead fetuses (n=30) of (Range=4-6 months) were included and the relationship of forehead measurement and age in months was studied. To verify the relationship, another experiment was conducted in live pregnant animal with the history of 4 month pregnancy (n=150) mean (4ąS.D).After every fortnight with the difference of days, the forehead reading was noted down. After comparison of both dead and live fetuses measurements analysis of variance was applied in order to compare the measurements of dead and live fetuses (P>0.05).This study describes a relationship between fetuses forehead and age in second trimester that would be beneficial in order to work out a new pregnancy test which would be proven beneficial in such buffaloes which were lying in second trimester.
