Abstract :

Marfans Syndrome is an inheretd that affects your body Connective Tissue which lives strength support and Elasticity to tendons cartilage Heart valves blood vessels and other vital parts if body in people who have Marfans Syndrome Connective Tissue lacks strength because of its invaried Chemical makeup symptoms affect bones eyes skin lungs CNS with heart and blood vessels.Symptoms if Marfans Syndrome is a variable genetic disorder so signs and symptoms can be different from one person to other with varying severity and can range frim mild to Kufe Threatenin. Symptoms tend to get wirse with advancing age manifestions of marfans synrome are ocular manifestions skeltomuscular CVS manifestions occular manifestations are sublaxtion of lens dislocation of lens soheriphakia ectopia lentes kerataconus nystagmas squint glaucoma high myopia retinal detachment skeltomuscular manifestions tall thin build person tower skull macro glossia high arched palate long tapering fingers aeackdectaky soan of arns us greater than arms kyphosis scoliasis pugeon shaped chest tendency fir fractures crowded teet flat feet CVS manifestions aortic dilatation mitral valve proplase syndrome sever mitral regargatation , cog , heart desease , PDA ,atrial septal defects.
