Abstract :

Macaque a primate species have 98.5% homology with human genetic material and their structures, physiological metabolism and other functions are physiologically close to humans, commonly used in various medical experiments. Now-a-days, sequencing results of Macaque monkey gene are relatively comprehensive. The variable value diagram plays a very important role in DNA research, especially for the representation of chromosomes, which can observe some characteristics of chromosomes from a holistic perspective. Similar to metabolomics, the variable value representation with the application of statistical and multivariant methods for information extraction and mapping into 2D diagram.

Zhongwei Zhang is currently pursuing his studies in System Analysis at Yunnan University, China. He has completed his Graduation studies in Systems Analysis and Integration from National Pilot School of software, Yunnan University.
