The number of out-patient at Ruam Phaet Chai Nat Hospital is liable to be increased that lead to the higher in cost; therefore, the analytical on essentials cost are very vital to meet the requirements. In this research, descriptive research method is being used to calculate the cost of nursing per individual patient using two sample groups that consists of 9 personnel and 202 patients. In addition, four research methods are being used that are nursing dictionary, time of activity, wage and medical tools. The validity of these research methods is 0.93. Research has shown that the actual cost of nursing activity per single patient is 281.40 Baht. The percentage of cost analysis of nursing activity after examination is 36.74%, nursing activity during the examination is 18.24%, nursing administrative is 17.09%, nursing activity before examining is 14.98% and lastly the nurse screening activity which is 12.92%. These findings are mainly to help administrative team to manage and maintain the capital in order to minimize the cost in the most efficient way possible.
