An organization strategic plan is that the process of envisioning an organization�s future and developing the necessary goals, objectives, and action plans to achieve that future, from where the business is to where the organization wants it to go. It is the work of the managers of the business and the team and all people in the corporation to understand the direction and mission of the business. The strategic planning process implementation will, lead to improved communication, facilitates effective decisionmaking, better selection of tactical options and leads to a higher probability of achieving the organization goals and objectives. A comprehensive unit specific strategic plan covers organization�s major goals, policies, and action sequences into a cohesive whole, and support to identify where an organization is going over the next year or more. And how it's going to get there and how it'll know if it got there or not. Methods used for discussion are mainly oral power point presentation. The key points that came as findings such as mission, vision purpose, goals and objectives of the organization defined to the organization�s constituents and communicated. Effective use is made of the organization�s resources by focusing the resources on the key priorities and it provides clearer focus for the organization and building strong teams, also it increases productivity and solves major problems in the organization. A strategic plan can be summarized simply as a guide or map. It has a starting point, (today�s conditions and environment). It has an ending point, where the organization wants to be, in the future, it has a process that answers the question of how is the best way to be successful as defined by the stakeholders and allowed by the customers and embraced by the employees.
