Abstract :

We will present 3 rare cases about male patients who presented with symptoms of UTI and frank hematuria. Full radiological and laboratory investigations were done and showed; Severe dilated ureters in each of them, 2 on the right and one on the left, with ipsilateral dysgenic kidney. The diagnosis was made as Ectopic ureters opening into the ipsilateral Seminal Vesicle. Exploration was done, and excision of the ureter down to its insertion. Radiological and operative Photos will be presented together with a full review of the literature about such cases.
