C onsidering the established impact of lead, as pollutant, on human and animal health, the present study was initiated to investigate the potential use of corn oil, flaxseed oil and black seed oil to cure histological testicular damage induced by lead acetate in albino mice .Testes of mice were examined histologically to see the effect of oral administration of oils in mice exposed to 20 mg/kg/bw of lead acetate. The results showed that black seed oil reduced the atrophy and degeneration of testicular tissue compared with flaxseed oil and corn oil.
