Introduction: Diabetic nephropathy or diabetic kidney diseases refers to deterioration of kidney function in diabetes type 1 and 2 patients. According to Western medicine’s perspective, the progression of the diseases is linked to glycemic and blood pressure control. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, diabetic nephropathy is caused by Spleen- pancreas deficiency and alterations in the Liver energy. Purpose : the purpose of this study is to demonstrate that diabetic nephropathy is not only linked to hyperglycemia and hypertension control but patients with this kind of evolution have chakras’ energy centers deficient in energy that could be leading to this the development of this Kidney diseases if not prompt corrected using correct diet, acupuncture and replenishing the lack of energy in the chakras’ energy centers using homeopathy medications. Methods: through one case report of 36 years-old male patient with diabetes type 2, obese, that was using diet and insulin. He also has diabetes retinopathy and in 2021, in a routine diagnosis, showed that he was losing protein in the urine (around 25 mg/dl) . He measured his chakras’ energy centers and were in the lowest level of energy, rated one out eight, with exception of the seventh, that was normal, rated in one. The treatment consisted in orientation avoiding dairy products, raw food., Cold water and sweets. It was also orientating to avoid coffee, soda and matte tea. Also, it was orientating to avoid the ingestion of fried foods, chocolate, honey, coconut, alcoholic beverages and melted cheese. The patient received auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and systemic acupuncture twice a week. Also, the patient received homeopathy medications according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and crystal-based medications. Results: the patients returned after one months of treatment with tests showing a less loss of protein (15 mg/dl) in the urine using this kind of approach. Conclusion: the conclusion of this study is that diabetes nephropathy patients have energy deficiencies in the internal massive organs leading to alterations in the Kidney functions and the treatment rebalancing all these energies were important to treat the cause of Kidney alteration, that was not only caused by hyperglycemia.
