During the last decades a new sophisticated level of nasal surgery has emerged aesthetic reconstructive rhinoplasty
by Burget 1994 and Menick 1999 to active a true aesthetic rather than mere improvement natural results this need
surgical skills including theuse of rib cartilage grafts, this is not a simple primary SRP or revisionone.
Introduction: The three Cs cleft, cocaine, and catastrophes to realize the difficulty of both the problems and the
correction. I will discuss 2 cases with cleft lip nose and 3 cases with large septal perforation repair and 5 cases with
(catastrophe) severely crocked nose.
Material and methods: The 3Cs: cleft nose, large septal perforation cases, and catastrophe cases we must realize
the difficulty of the problem and the difficulty of correction,I will analyse the cases and I will present my plane and,
photo pre and post-operative and videos for all the selected cases.
Conclusion: The three Cs- Clefts, large septal perforation with saddleling, and catastrophes cases need to analyze
the difficulty and put the plane for a high possibility in using a rib cartilage graft for reconstruct and put the final
aesthetic touch with DCF
