Brucellosis is an infectious disease that is caused by the bacterium Brucellosis melitensis that can infect cattle and is transmitted to humans by ingestion of unpasteurized milk or cheese. Neurological complications are rare and according to reports in the literature may appear in less than 5% of cases of brucellosis. We present a case of an 11-year-old male patient who is sent to the neuro-ophthalmology clinic.
