Abstract :

Five and six member ring azaheterocycles are â??privileged structuresâ? in drug design, material science, agriculture, etc., the azaheterocycle scaffold being a core skeleton for multiple purposes. Within this work we present some core results obtained by our group in the field of new polifunctional azaheterocycles derivatives (nitrogen podants and compounds containing Ï?â??reach and/or Ï?â??deficient heterocycles) as smart versatile building blocks for multiple tasks: biologically active molecule (anticancer, antimycobacterial), chemosensors, logic gates and so on.
