Abstract :

Abstract: All Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) by 2040 shall aim to become multidisciplinary institutions and shall aim to have larger student enrolments preferably in the thousands, for optimal use of infrastructure and resources, and for the creation of vibrant multidisciplinary communities. All HEIs will firstly plan to become multidisciplinary by 2030, and then gradually increase student strength to the desired levels. More HEIs shall be established and developed in underserved regions to ensure full access, equity, and inclusion. By 2030, be at least one large multidisciplinary Steps shall be taken towards developing high-quality higher education institutions both public and private that have medium of instruction in local/Indian languages or bilingually. The aim will be to increase the Gross Enrolment Ratio in higher education including vocational education from 26.3% (2018) to 50% by 2035. While a number of new institutions may be developed to attain these goals, a large part of the capacity creation will be achieved by consolidating, substantially expanding, and also improving existing HEIs. The Demand For and Future of Nurse Educators: Nurse Educators Creating Productive Learning Environments, Effective teaching requires a different skill set than nursing educators have ever learned. Acquire this skill set to create a positive, productive student nurse learning environment that inspires participants to succeed. Strategies for Nurse Educators: address 6 key aspects: 1. Make learning relevant 2.Develop a code of conduct 3. Employ a positive actions curriculum 4. Help students develop intrinsic motivation. 5. Reinforce positive behaviors 6. Always respond with positivity and Stressing Civility. Teaching nursing students about civility is a critical step toward fostering healthy work environments and ensuring safe client care.

Biography :

Dr. Sharadha Ramesh completed her PhD in Nursing (2008) from the prestigious SRIHER, A++ NAAC accredited University, Chennai. Served in various cadres of nursing. Has 34 years of experience including 14 years as Principal, Nursing College. Has to her credit Sigma Theta Tau award, USA (2008),Best Research paper award, WNC, Singapore(2016), Best Nurse Administrator (2019) and Best Nurse Educationist Award(2020) by TNAI, Pune. She has to her credit 82 Publications with 32 in Scopus indexed journals. She was invited to present papers in various nursing Forums, international conferences and officially visited USA, Kuwait, Singapore, Spain and UK. She is a trained NAAC assessor and had inspected Universities as Peer team member .
