Statement of the problem: The nasal deformities are a very common reason which leads many patients to a medical center. It affects one’s face symmetry, the appearance but also their breathing .In most cases the problem is genetic, a hereditary element but also due to an accident. Until recently the only solution was a surgical procedure with very good results. Furthermore, there are many patients who prefer a non-surgical solution because of fear undergoing a general Anesthesia, not willing to pay an amount that a surgery demands and to avoid a non-satisfying permanent result. Methodology & Theoretical Orientation: From September 2020 till December 2021 we have treated and followed up 298 non-surgical rhinoplasties at our medical clinic “Derma and Beauty” in Athens, Greece. For the treatment we used hyaluronic acid, Botulinum Toxin, threads or a combination of them. Findings: Our study included patients of 18 to 72 years old .Five of them had an autoimmune disease, three of them had an allergy in lidocaine, fifty three of them had already undergone a surgery with nonsatisfying result and three of them had recently tried the liquid rhinoplasty in an other clinic with a good result but without duration. Conclusion & Significance: According to our findings the non-surgical rhinoplasty is an effective temporary alternative treatment for patients who want to improve their appearance without surgery .With the right combination of materials we succeed a long and safe result. In some cases we had also improvement in breathing apart from the face symmetry. The anatomy of the area makes it necessary to be extremely cautious during the process of our treatment in order to avoid complications.
