A physicianâ??s role in the prevention and maintenance of patients is crucial and with novel Mobile Ultrasound technologies will reach all hands of physicians so as to do clinical ultrasound examination and can do simple intervention procedures. It will save more time and give more accurate results. Itâ??s time to learn ultrasound so as when these technologies are readily available it can easily applied. Ultrasound companies are nowadays transferring sonography from big high-end machines to portable and small ones in order to be used by larger number of physiciansâ?? not just radiologists or technicians. The issue is we don't want clinicians to be pioneer sonographers but to know checklist and can do it by training for spot diagnosis and fast interventions. It includes neuro ultrasound, FAST technique, lung ultrasound, some echocardiographic points, venous and arterial primary examination to be converted into a checklist in physicians sheet in addition to clinical examination may also include ultrasound in CPR, sepsis source workup Diagnostic ultrasound technologies is invading mobile technology to be in Android and Apple stores and one day may be available for whole people as soon as hardware issues is accomplished whether transducers will be separate from phones or single piece with all services who knows may be available for patients and ask their physicians on social media programs about progression of their cases and may examine themselves using their own phones. There will be simple voting after the session if our candidates when using diagnostic ultrasound will be of added value to them
