Green supply chain management is the powerful innovation to enhance the capabilities of supply chain and to differentiate from its competitors for the industry. The waste and emissions caused in the supply chain process are the main sources for environmental problems such as global warming and acid rain. In this study, the efforts are made by the authors to enhance the strategic development of supply chain of the system for the buyer-seller relationship by using different strategies. The research indicates that the use of green procurement, green manufacturing, green distribution and reverse logistic helps to improve the both economic and environmental performance.
Manpreet Singh has completed his bachelors in mechanical engineering at the age of 26 years from D.A.V. College, Jalandhar and working as lecturer in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Lovely Professional University. He has published more than 2 papers in reputed journals.
