Abstract :

Modern science has no basic knowledge about fever. Modern science does not know the purpose of fever temperature. Because fever is believed to be dangerous to the body, modern science has not looked at what our bodies have done with this heat energy. These are the basics for fever definition, diagnosis, and treatment. In modern science, no one can make a definition, diagnosis, or treatment without knowing these basics. A medical book says Our understanding of the neural basis of thermoregulation and fever is still rudimentary1. Despite the general usage of the terms ‘pyrexia’, ‘fever’ they are not yet universally defined2. Various definitions of fever can be found in many medical books. One of the conservative definition is ‘Fever’ implies an elevated core body temperature of more than 38.0 °C3. Conservative fever definition prepared without knowing what the temperature of the fever is, and without examining what actions the immune system has made using the heat energy of the fever. Today's various definitions of fever lack the scientific merit necessary for a definition in modern science. The current definition of fever has nothing to do with modern science. If the questions are asked assuming that the current definition of fever is correct, no question about fever will be answered. Today, fever is diagnosed and treated as hyperthermia. This is against modern science. There is no test or treatment for the fever alone. There are substances that are produced only during fever. These substances should be tested to diagnose fever. Such a diagnosis does not exist today. A high temperature is produced by the immune system, not just in fever. In some diseases where blood flow is reduced due to inflammation, partial high temperature is produced in certain organs or areas of the body. In hyperthermia, the high temperature is not produced by the immune system. Fever is diagnosed by looking at temperatures above 38oC (100.40 F). The same temperature is used to determine hyperthermia. Nothing that stimulates the immune system during fever does not stimulate the immune system during hyperthermia. Hyperthermia cannot be created by substances that cause fever .Nor can fever be created by hot substances that cause hyperthermia. The mode of action of both of these is mutually exclusive. There is a sharp difference between the Symptoms, signs, and actions of fever and hyperthermia . The essence of today's fever treatment is fever can be cured by using fever-creating substances. Lowering body temperature with water, cold substances and paracetamol can cause fever and hypothermia. No science or technology exists anywhere in the world that claims to cure fever with fever-causing substances. A claim to cure fever by using fever-creating substances is not called a treatment. It is a murderous attempt. If our immune system produces fever to increase blood flow, proper fever treatment should help that function. Current fever treatments do not have actions or messages that help the immune system that causes fever. But it destroys the life-saving function of the immune system. This is also against modern science. Conservative fever definition, diagnoses and treatment are against modern science. It has no relation with what is happened in fever. The basic elements necessary for a scientific definition, diagnoses and treatment are not provided in conservative fever definition, diagnoses and treatment . It should be revised according to what is happening in fever.
