Abstract :

Thousands of peoples have lost their lives due to issues in the pharmaceutical industry in urban areas. The pharmaceutical industry highlights the complexity of the health care systems and its interaction. Academics, research, customers, patient advocates and manufacturers all play a vital role in the society. It is very essential to recognize the problems of pharmaceutical industries. This study was carried out in the one of the famous pharmaceutical industry at Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The main objective of this research to find out the problems of workers in the pharmaceutical industry. The questionnaire was designed and distributed to pharmaceutical industry workers. The SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Majority of respondent agreed that due to worst health and safety policies they are not able to do more work in the pharmaceutical industry. The management of pharmaceutical industries should observe the basic rights of workers and provides the proper health and safety to workers.
