Abstract :

The main objective of the paper is to discuss the regulatory framework of Vietnam which is 13th largest country in the world; with regard to health sector it has gained significant improvements. Vietnam?s health sector has witnessed some dynamic changes during the last 20 years. In the late 1980s, the government launched its reform efforts, which was highly successful at rejuvenating the economy. Under Vietnam's Ministry of Health (MOH), the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) is responsible for the regulation of pharmaceuticals, Since Vietnam?s entry into the World Trade Organization, consumer goods imports and free imports have greatly increased, allowing the market to open up to foreign investment with regard to pharmaceutical products Understanding these regulatory procedures is the key to ensure long-term success in the Vietnamese health care industry.

Biography :

I kandappareddy Goutham have pursued my graduation in J.SS university Mysore and continuing the post-graduation as a student in regulatory affairs department in the same university. I have attended many regulatory seminars and presented a poster in 63rd Indian pharmaceutical congress in Bangalore and in national seminar in JSS university mysore.
