Twin physics is a physical theory based upon results of quantum mechanics and relativity theory, as well as upon a complementary view on phenomena, through which phenomena can be described as entangled appearances of certainty and uncertainty. Four types of electrons can be described with this theory, two of them being surrounded by a finite magnetic field. Such an electron with its magnetic field is called a magnetic cell. Magnetic cells occur abundantly in humans, together forming the magnetic presence, in a similar way as all nerves together form the electric presence and all remaining molecules form the material body. Although electricity and magnetism are closely connected, the magnetic presence is not completely determined; it has unpredictable aspects, making each human unique. In connecion with its electric source, being the nervous system, it changes all the time. But in the same time it may adapt to personal impulses and to the surrounding. In this way it has the possibility to serve biological as well as non-biological functions. To investigate the influence of the magnetic body on human health, twin physics is transformed into a simplified version, called the twin model. According to this model, each function of the body has to switch between two complementary phases, called the straight image, characterized by a concentrated use of energy, and the magical image, characterized by a diverged use of energy. To stay healthy, a human needs an overall balance in the switching of all functions together. The brain, keeping control over the body, reflects the straight image, and the magnetic presence, including immeasurable functions, reflects the magical image. The magnetic and electric presences communicate with each other by switching their activities from the one to the other. This suggests that diseases may originate in the spirit, characterized by individual needs or problems which are not measurable yet, but often showing evidence in another way. We will concentrate on the intriguing fact that a computer cannot transfer information from the magnetic presence. What could be the consequences of working with computers for our health, and what happens if computers are used for online consultations? Twin physics gives support to a scientifically based method to distinguish diseases of the magnetic presence from those of the material body and to develop ways to prevent or cure them.
Backerra has graduated in theoretical physics at the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands and worked for three years at Philips Research Laboratories. She continued independently, making a search for complementary physics. To develop a way of complementary thinking she studied composition at the Conservatory in Enschede and in Saint Petersburg (Russia). After that she constructed a complementary mathematical language and applied this on physics, obtaining twin physics. The surprisingly diverse results are published in 14 papers in Physical Essays, Applied Physics Research, Advances in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Int. J. of Nanotechnology & Nanomedicine, Nano Progress and Acta Scientific Medical Sciences. Two recent articles are about the importance of magnetism in human health (see www.itammagnetics.com). Twin physics might give support to a more scientifically based development of regular as well as alternative medical treatment methods, based upon new insights in magnetism.
