Afatinib, crizotinib and ceritinib (Figure 1) have been used as a treatment for non-small lung cancer in recent years [1]. To the best of our knowledge; there has been no theoretical research about these three non-small cell lung cancer drugs in the literature. The theoretical investigation of these molecules is an urgent need to understand the residance mechanism of these drug active components.
Ulku Dilek Uysal has completed her PhD in 2001 from Gazi University and postdoctoral studies from Intitute of Chemical Technologies of Italian National Council of Research (CNR). She is proffessor of Anadolu University at Chemistry Department. She has published more than 25 papers.
