People with the wrinkles feel effect of aging and would like to keep fresh, young and lifted skin for mental comfort and good look. People with the moles, fibromas, hemangiomas and another skin lesions feel discomfort with skin defect and would like to remove it without some surgical treatment, long downtime and visible scars or spots after the treatment. Jett Plasma Lift Medical is a new device for the use in aesthetic medicine. The device works in a principle of continuous pulse of direct current of high voltage. Its maximal power of 2 watt is in the point of application, procedure is contactless. When compared to CO2 lasers, an average pulse is 0.1 mm and the depth of penetration to the skin is 0.1 to 0.5 mm according to the setting of intensity of the pulse. It provides precise correction of skin disorders with a very easy and safe control. Widespread usage of the device starts with a removal of benign tumors especially on the face, and even on the margins of the eye lids, removal of hyperpigmentation, vascular abnormalities (e.g. Hemangiomas), small venulectasias, up to improvement/removal of mild periocular and perioral wrinkles, post-traumatic or acne scars. Its also possible to remove warts and keratosis in whatever localization. The healing is without complication, there is no risk for eyes when the procedure is applied on the eye lids. In the place of application, hyperpigmentation does not occur afterwards. During usage of the device for wrinkle removal around the eyes and lips there is also due to the direct current of high voltage significantly higher production of collagen type-1, reduction of keloid fibroblasts in scars, e.g. after acne. The presented video with live comment demonstrates the use of this device and the clinical results
