Nephrologists worldwide are increasingly facing kidney diseases encountered in cancer patients especially with the development of new innovative cancer therapies and new management protocols add more challenges faced by nephrology team in oncology ward. In our workshop we will introduce onconephrology and in case scenarios will try to address the common problems faced by nephrologists in oncology ward and how to cooperate with the oncology team to manage such cases. Ayman Aly Seddik graduated from Ain Shams University School of Medicine in 1996. He worked as an Assistant Lecturer and Nephrology Specialist in Ain Shams University Hospital, Nasser Institute for Research 2001-2006. After obtaining MD degree in Internal Medicine & Nephrology 2006 from Ain Shams University, he worked as Consultant Nephrologist and Lecturer in Nephrology at Ain Shams University Hospitals, Senior Specialist Nephrologist at King Fahd Armed Force Hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 2006-2008, Consultant Nephrologist at Northern Area Armed Force Hospital 2009-2011, Programme Director of Internal Medicine Residency in Northern Area Armed Force Hospital. He became Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2012. Currently, he is working as Nephrologist, Dubai Hospital - Dubai Health Authority 2011-present.
