Biography

He graduated at DunÄÆ’rea de Jos University of Galati, Faculty of Food Science and Engineering in 2007 in the field of industrial engineering. In 2014 He obtained a PhD at DunÄÆ’rea de Jos University of Galati, Faculty of Food Science and Engineering. In 2014 He received the diploma (eminent scholars) for exceptional results in research awarded by the university rector. He is currently assistant at DunÄÆ’rea de Jos University of Galati, Faculty of Food Science and Engineering, Food Science and Engineering and Applied Biotechnology department.

Research Interest

Essential oil extraction and characterization of bioactive compounds. Encapsulation of bioactive compounds and drugs. Functionalization of meat products and obtaining pharmaceutical systems.
