Dr Yinan Zhang has received his PhD in the University of Toronto in 2009. Currently, he is working as research fellow in Harvard University. His research aims at identifying metabolic and stress response pathways that provide the most attractive intervention points for treating cancer. Armed with such knowledge, he is trying to target these pathways by screening chemical compounds in search of new classes of cancer therapeutics. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as: OGS Scholarship and Bradley Pett Award. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Scigmoid Publications & expert Reviewers for journals like Current Cancer Drug Targets, Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine, and Cell Biology - Research & Therapy. He has authored several research articles/books. He is a member of American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
