Antibody

Antibody is a immunoglobulin. It is a special immune protein. Antibodies are produced as an antigen enters the body. It is carried out by a type of White blood cell called B-lymphocytes. Antibody is a Y shaped protein produced by plasma cells. It is used by the immune system to identify and neutralize the pathogen. Antibodies are used to act against bacteria and viruses.
