Genes are the building blocks of inheritance and genes are passed from one generation to next generation. Genes simply contain the DNA that holds the Information for the protein synthesis. Protein works main building block for the cells. If any regularity occurs in this process result in genetic disease. Sometimes, a mutation change in the DNA content of the cell i.e. a change in a gene or genes. The mutation changes in the gene's causes irregularities in the instructions for making a protein, as result the protein does not work properly. This can result in a medical situation called a genetic disorder.
