Genome sequencing is used to figuring the order of DNA nucleotides or bases in a genome. The order of adenine, guanine, thymine and cytosine make an organisms DNA. It is a decoding process. Genome sequencing helps to understand the coding. Genome sequencing is done by clone-by-clone or whole-genome shotgun methods.
