Inflammatory bowel disease comprises of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, which is a chronic and relapsing remitting inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal tract. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis both are idiopathic inflammatory bowel disorders. Symptoms for inflammatory bowel disease includes abdominal cramps and pain, diarrhea that may be bloody, severe urgency to have bowel movement, fever, weight loss, loss of appetite,iron deficiency anemia due to blood loss.
