Prescription

Prescription written by the physicians or medical practitioner that instructed a patient to be issued with the medication or treatment. The prescription is the law or rule for being moral life. Dosage strength, appropriate medication with the patient background will be necessary considered. It should be mentioned with RX and patient condition with the practitioner signature.

Prescriptions may include orders to be performed by a patient, caretaker, nurse, pharmacist, physician, other therapist, or by automated equipment, such as an intravenous infusion pump.
