Skin Cancer Clinical Trials

Skin cancer clinical trials are currently in phase 4 with sirolimus in non-melanoma cancer. Currently trials on early detection of skin cancer by infrared imaging are in phase 1 using device.

Clinical trials are concentrated on new treatments, finding whether a new treatment is safe, effective, and possibly better than the current and standard treatment. These types of studies measure new drugs, different combinations of existing treatments, new approaches to radiation therapy or surgery, and new methods of treatment.
