"Journal of Forensic Research (JFR) is a scholarly Open Access journal that aims to publish most complete and reliable source of information on vast topics of Forensic discoveries that include various aspects of Forensic Genetics & DNA Analysis, Finger-printing & Techniques, Environmental Forensics, Forensic Clinical Medicine, Criminal Cases and current developments in the mode of original research and review articles, as well as case reports, short communications, commentaries, mini reviews and making them freely available online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
Considering global pandemic of COVID-19, the editorial board made the decision to launch a Special Issue in Forensic Science. The title of the Issue is "Forensic pathology: Death cases related to COVID-19.""

Autopsy is of great significance to the explanation of the pathological changes, pathogenesis and reason for death of COVID-19 and can give theoretical premise to increasingly scientific and accurate prevention and control of the outbreak.

The researchers includes information on the background investigation of the COVID cases, autopsy room requirements, personal prevention and protections, external examinations, autopsy, auxiliary examinations, and so on.
