Journal of Spine is pleased to announce Special issue on “Impact of Covid-19 on Spine Injury Patients''
Around the world, Every year, 250 000 to 500 000 people are suffering with spinal injury. This cans be of different age groups. Young people between the ages of 16 and 30 are at a higher risk of sustaining a spinal cord injury. Older people over 65 years-old are most oftentimes causes spine injury due to accidental fall and are much vulnerable to health issue. By the present Covid-19 pandemic chances that all group people are getting affected because of Corona virus due to rapid spreading. In this pandemic situation we are bothered how this virus could show its effect on different age groups of spine injured or spine disordered patients especially the older people who are known to be affected the most. One can take care of people by many ways like limit in-person visit or social distancing. They should provide awarness & training how to be sanisized to protect from infection control.
With the same purpose our Journal “Journal of Spine” is announcing Special issue Call for paper on “Impact of Covid-19 on Spine Injury Patients”. We welcome both solicited and unsolicited submissions that will contribute to this special issue.
